Therapy in Hamilton, Ontario
From counselling services by Registered Psychotherapists and physical treatment by our Doctor of Naturopathy to a network of other regulated medical professionals, our approach is collaborative, comprehensive, and tailored to you.
Integrated Practices
For both preventative and responsive treatment, combining conventional medical practices with alternative medicine has proven safe and effective. From psychotherapy to naturopathic to a network of other regulated healthcare resources, we recognize health cannot be understood in isolation.
Circle of Care
Our integrated lens to healthcare recognizes treatment often involves biological, psychotherapeutic, and social levels of care. We combine the individual competencies of our registered healthcare practitioners with collaboration in a cohesive treatment team to give you confidence in your care in one place.
In-Person & Virtual Therapy
Having the flexibility to provide care in-person and remotely offers convenience and reduces barriers to treatment. From free parking and a friendly front desk to Nespresso and sparkling water, we want you to feel welcome here. However, if it is distance, feeling unwell, or weather, we will try to make therapy tailored to what you need.
Therapy & Counselling Services
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy can help you overcome a range of challenges, from anxiety and depression to addiction and anger management issues. With the support of an experienced therapist, you can develop new coping skills, improve your communication and relationships, and cultivate a more positive mindset.
Couples Counselling
Couples Therapy focuses on addressing problematic issues within the relationship itself rather than individual partners. Through gaining insight into the dynamics of the relationship, therapy helps couples understand their roles in dysfunctional interactions and change how they perceive each other.
Family Counselling
Family therapy provides a safe and supportive environment for families to address conflicts and improve communication. With a focus on both internal and external challenges, family therapy helps families build stronger relationships and find solutions to their most complex problems.
NIHB Counselling Services
With the ability to provide in-person and remote therapy, we provide counselling to Indigenous communities across Ontario. Our approaches combine experience and cultural sensitivity, tailored to your needs.
Naturopathic Medicine
Naturopathic doctors offer primary care services for acute and chronic illness, treating patients holistically by addressing physical, environmental, emotional, and lifestyle factors. Using natural remedies, naturopathic medicine complements conventional medicine to enhance overall healthcare.
Naturopathic Medicine
We recognize that every child is unique. That’s why our Child and Adolescent Psychotherapists adjust their methods to each individual’s needs, whether it’s through talking, playing, or painting. During a session, we pay close attention to what children and adolescents express nonverbally via their behaviour and play. As Child and adolescent therapists, we may work with children either independently or in collaboration with family members.
Our therapists have considerable training working with various needs, including neurodivergent conditions such as ADHD, Autism, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and trauma.
Clinical Focus
Although registered healthcare practitioners should have general knowledge in their fields of practice, that is different from education and experiential focus in certain conditions or with specific communities. See our team to find the right practitioner for you.

People are not defined by whatever difficulties they are struggling with. However, dealing with anxious thoughts, depressive moods, or traumatic experiences are only a few examples of the challenges we help clients face to get closer to who they want to be.
